You can return your item for free within 30 days of receipt via Royal Mail by clicking the button below.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with the brand labels attached. You need to fill in the form we've sent with your purchase and return it together with your item. After we have checked everything is as it should be, we'll issue you a refund.

2. How long will it take for me to receive a refund? 

We are super-speedy at processing refunds but your bank may be a little slower and your refund could take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account.

3. Can I return my order for a refund to your Leeds store? 

Of course. Our store staff will get things moving but they are unable to issue refunds for on-line orders so you'll still need to wait a few days for our returns team to process the refund. 

4. I need a different size, what do I do?

Just complete the form we sent with your purchase, specifying the size you would like and return it together with your item and we'll do the rest. 

5. I can't find the form I need to fill in, what should I do?

6. Can I return or exchange underwear?

No, this is due to hygiene reasons. 

7. I bought some clothes from your Leeds store, can I return them to you through your online facility?

Unfortunately not. Items bought in our retail store can only be returned to our retail store. You can choose between either a refund or an exchange for items up to the original purchase value.
