HOW OUR PRICE PROMISE WORKS
bigboys.co.uk is committed to providing our customers with the BEST service, the BEST brands and the BEST price.
That’s why if you see something you like for less elsewhere, then we’ll match the price. If you’ve already bought it, then not only will we match the price, but we’ll also take off an additional 10%. Our Price Promise applies to both purchases online and in-store.
To qualify for our Price Promise:
- The product must be identical in condition, size and colour
- The product must have been purchased from a UK retailer, either online or in-store
- The price must exclude all shipping charges as we will only match against the advertised price of the item
- The request must be made within seven days of purchase whether bought online or in-store

If you made your purchase online, you’ll need to include a link to the retailer offering the lower price together with your order number. For items bought in-store, please include a picture of your receipt.
